The Central Library is a busy, modern, friendly library in a bright spacious building that was refurbished and extended in 2005. It's in Townley Road in Bexleyheath close to the Broadway Shopping Centre.
We have a wide range of books for children and adults and are the main Reference Library for the borough. We also have DVDs, talking books, PCs that are free to use, wifi areas, a photocopier, a fax, a large study area, public toilets and a Council Contact Point with Freephone.
There is disabled access.
Many buses stop in Bexleyheath including 89, 96, 422, 486, B11, B12 and B13. The nearest railway station is Bexleyheath.
