If you live in the Barnehurst area, you're invited to join a free monthly reading group, aimed at promoting general reading interests.

Group members meet in each other's houses for a friendly and relaxed exchange of views.

Once a month on a Wednesday from 10.00am - 11.30am.

The group, run by David, picks a theme each month, and then reads various books on it, giving a lively discussion.

The group, run by Will, doesn't have a set book each month. They recommend books to each other and read each other's suggestions.

Recent recommendations include The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer.
